9:30 AM — Check in, find your spot, and meet the community.
10:00 AM — Yoga flow on the deck. Breathe, stretch, and settle in.
10:30 AM — Workout. Choose bodyweight or GORUCK gear, your call
11:30 AM — Cool down & Raffle

DJ Infader is bringing the beats for this event! Connect, celebrate, and soak it all in.

What to Bring
Yourself, your friends, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and good vibes. We will take care of everything else.

The Cause
All proceeds go directly to the Death to Dementia Foundation. This cause is personal, and your presence and donation make a real difference for families navigating this journey.
